Payment can be given either entirely upfront, or half before work is begun and after work is completed.

Payment is accepted through PayPal only in USD.

Alterations and changes are unlimited up until the work is finalized. Once the work has been approved and sent I will not make changes.

Commercial use of the art must be approved by me in advance and a 100% fee will be added.

I define commercial use as the use of my artwork on merchandise that will bring money to the client. Use of my work on social media will not have a fee but credit must be given.

I will provide frequent updates throughout the process to ask for thoughts and changes. Feel free to contact me only as needed. Spam will result in cancellation. (Constant messaging even when I have asked for the client to stop.) Harassment will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to refuse commissions. I reserve the right to withhold the finished work if payment is not received. I reserve the right to provide partial to full refunds depending on how much work has been done.

Clients cannot use my artwork in ways that promote racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia or any way that promotes hate or violence.

Clients cannot claim the artwork as their own.

Clients cannot alter the artwork if not discussed with me.

Clients cannot use the artwork for NFT's or AI.

By commissioning me the client agrees to all of these terms.
